I am an Executive Coach accredited by EMCC Global with a backstory in psychotherapy and counselling and 20 years’ experience in HR leadership roles within global law firms. I bring my unique blend of strategic leadership, people-centred understanding and under the hood psychological perspective to my practice as an Executive Coach. All of this means that I offer my clients much more than your usual everyday coach.
My experience in high stakes, stressful, fast paced working environments has honed my ability to think strategically, manage complex organizational structures and teams and to skilfully navigate cross-culture dynamics.
